Trailing two sets to none, the Newburyport girls volleyball team rallied for three straight wins to pick up a thrilling 3-2 win over Georgetown-Pentucket. The Clippers started by taking the third set 25-21, pulled away in the fourth to win 25-17 and then took the decisive fifth-set tiebreaker 15-10. Sydney Yim led the Clippers with 12 kills and Julianne Heath had 11 assists.

The Georgetown-Pentucket girls volleyball team won a five-set thriller over Triton 3-2, winning the first, third and fifth sets to claim victory. Kalyn Markuns made 20 assists and Ally Brookhart had six aces for the Royals, while Triton was led by Evelyn Pearson, who led the team in kills (7) and digs (8), along with Catie Rooney, who led the way with 18 assists and seven aces.

The Georgetown-Pentucket girls volleyball team improved to 3-4 on the year after picking up a 3-1 win at St. Mary's of Lynn. The Royals won 25-22, 25-18, 20-25, 25-17, bouncing back from a loss in the third set to finish off the win. Izzie Schutz led the team in kills (6) and Kalyn Markuns was the team leader in assists (10).

The Newburyport volleyball team picked up its first win of the season, beating Georgetown-Pentucket 3-1. The Clippers bounced back from a 20-25 loss in the first set to win the following three sets 25-13, 25-9 and 25-18. Sydney Yim (18 aces) and Julianne Heath (11 aces) led the way for Newburyport, while Kalyn Markuns led Georgetown with 10 assists.
