Matt Liedes scored with four minutes remaining to pull Andover into a 2-2 tie with St. John's Prep. Andrew Pallotta scored the first Golden Warriors' goal and Andrew Osborne made 12 saves in Andover's regular season finale. The Golden Warriors finish at 8-6-4.

Andover blanks Somerville to qualify for states.

Andrew Osborne made a whopping 14 saves as Andover qualified for the Division 1 North tournament with a 3-0 victory over Somerville. Kaelan Crawford, Sam Percival and Matt Liedes each scored a goal, and Kerrick Stevens, Rob Martin and Alex Golan each added an assist.

Hussein leads Haverhill

Haverhill continued its strong play as it downed Andover 3-0 thursday. The Hillie's Alex Hussein lead the way with two goals and an assist. Haverhil coach John Coppolla cited strong defenseive play from Zackery Greene, Leo Worcester, Mike Hogan and Will Menter as the key to the shutout.

Too much pressure

Sam Percival scored once and assisted two others in Andover's 4-1 win over Lawrence. The win came despite a great performance by Lawrence keeper Edwin Gutierez, who made 17 saves. "Gutierez covered alot of ground to keep them in the game" said Andover coach Mike Wartman. Wartman cited strong ball control and continued pressure as the key to overcomming Gutierez and the Lancers.

Andover earned its first win of the season thanks to the strong play of Kaelan Crawford, Tom Busta and Josh Torres, each of whom recording a goal in the winning effort. Torres also added an assist, and goalie Andrew Osborne had six saves.
