Out for a couple weeks, eighth-grader Isabella Lundgren returned for Haverhill gymnastics and placed on the beam with a 7.9 in a win over Lowell. Lone Hillie senior Sarah Cowley had a fantastic senior night, putting together her best performance of the year on the beam (8.3) and the floor (8.25) while placing first in the all-around (31.35).
Read More »The Haverhill girls gymnastics team scored a 132.75 in a win over Methuen, which is believed to be a new meet record for the three-year program. Alex Auguste and Jenna Dutton shined on the bars and the beam, and Lilly Mullaney did well performing a new bar routine. The Hillies (4-4) also doubled their win total from a year ago with the win.
