Crabtree saves Timberlane

LONDONDERRY — Senior Joe Crabtree finished his Timberlane football career making perhaps his biggest play.

Down 14-6, Londonderry quarterback Jake Stevens (13 for 28, 194 yards) found Ben Johnson on a 15 yard touchdown pass for his second TD hurl of the game with 31 seconds left to go. Crabtree was there on the two-point conversion try however, knocking away the potential game-tying points.

PLAISTOW — Timberlane led Bedford 27-14 going into the fourth quarter, but the Bulldogs caught fire over the final few minutes, scoring 23 points the rest of the way to win 38-32 on Friday night.
