Phillips Academy beat Phillips Exeter and Worcester Academy in a double-header to win the Central New England Prep School Championship. Georgetown's Travis Lane pitched a complete-game shutout in the first match against Exeter, striking out eight and only allowing three hits. Travis's brother Thomas Lane is a freshmen pitcher at Boston College. In the championship game, Payton Jancsy hit a leadoff homerun in the top of the eigth to put Phillips ahead. The homerun was the first of Jancsy's career. Andover's Sam Conte also hit a homerun in the top of the third. Lane won tournament MVP.

John Simourian pounded two homers and plated six runs and Sam Conte also went deep as Phillips whipped Tabor 12-3.

Rob Cerulle and Matt Wesoloski combined on a two-hit masterpiece in Game 2 as Phillips Andover earned a split of a doubleheader with rival Exeter by taking the nightcap, 3-0.

John Simourian only had one hit on the day, but it turned out to be the biggest of the game. He lined a double in the bottom of the eighth that plated the game winning run for Phillips in a 2-1 victory over Brooks. Matt Wesoloski picked up the win, pitching four innings of relief while only allowing one hit.

Georgetown's Travis Lane and Rob Cerulle each dominated Northfield-Mount Hermon in their starts as Phillips Academy swept a doubleheader, 10-4 and 17-1. Rich Ciufo drove in six runs on the day.

Andover's Alex Brickman got the win for Worcester Academy in game one of a double header against Phillips. He also helped out his cause by blasting a two-run homer in the top of the first inning.
