Jack O'Brien hit a two-run single in the seventh for what proved to be the winning runs as North Reading defeated Amesbury 9-7. Taylor Robinson ignited the Hornets with a two-run homer in the fourth. Dan Madden earned the wi, but needed last-out help from Greg Johnson.
