Methuen's girls tennis team edged Haverhill 3-2 to qualify for the state tournament for the third straight year. Akemma Chibuogwu won at second singles for the Rangers, who swept the doubles.

32 straight titles

Andover blanked Haverhill 5-0 to clinch the MVC Division 1 title. That's an amazing 32 straight (1984-present) MVC and/or MVC Division 1 crowns for the unbeaten defending Division 1 state champions. Kathleen Buck and Olivia Burns brought their A game with a 6-0, 6-0 win at second doubles.
