The Andover boys placed second Wednesday night at the Division 1 States at the Reggie Lewis Center in Roxbury behind a couple blue-chippers who last winter switched from other sports.
Read More »Andover had to win the final event and the Golden Warriors did just that to leapfrog several teams and capture the Division 1 state relays. Andover had 30 points and BC High, which placed third in the event, settled for second with 28 points.
Read More »North Andover's Erick Duffy won the 55 meter hurdles (8.20) at the 31st Annual Red Auerbach Large School Freshman-Sophomore Meet at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.
The top eight in each event received medals.
