H-B improved to 3-3 while the Pythons dropped to 2-3.
It certainly won't get any easier for Pelham, which next Saturday is playing at vaunted Windham for a homecoming game.
"We had a lot of penalties," lamented Pythons coach Ryan Clark. "Any time we had something rolling, it was called back."
Clark gave defensive kudos to quad-captains safety Bryce Brown, defensive end Zach Masiello and nose tackle Nick Johnson.
Dylan Ragonese carried 10 times for 82 yards in the loss and Brad Kamal had two catches for 24 yards.
