Julia Morandi scored her first varsity goal and Mikayla Guthrie scored on a breakaway with about 5 minutes remaining to lead North Andover girls soccer 3-2 over Methuen.

 Megan Langlois made 15 saves, 11 in the second half as Methuen (3-3-1) and unbeaten Haverhill played to a scoreless tie in girls soccer action. Marlayna Buco had 8 saves for the 4-0-4 Hillies.

The Methuen girls soccer team defeated Lowell 4-1. Four different girls scored for the Rangers. Cheyenne Berry, Renee Cormier, and Caitlyn Wallace all scored their first goals of the season.

Freshman Megan Langlois was everywhere in the Methuen High goal, making 21 saves, but the Central Catholic was just too much in a 4-0 girls soccer win for the Raiders. Jenna Martin scored twice for the Raiders, each set up by Alli Wiggins.

Madison Langlois and her sister Nicole scored the goals and sister Megan Langlois got the shutout in net as Methuen blanked Somerville 2-0 in girls soccer.

Rosemary Mahoney, Alex Comerford, Christina Corey and Cassie Levesque all scored as Methuen girls soccer won its opener 4-0 over Malden. Megan Langlois recorded three saves.
