Bishop Guertin scored five unanswered goals in the third quarter to seize control and win its fourth straight Division 1 lacrosse title, beating top seed Pinkerton, 13-6. Six different Astros found the mark in the losing effort.

Pinkerton received goals from eight different players, including three from Evan Sweeney, to roll 12-2 over Nashua South in the quarterfinals of the Division 1 boys lacrosse tournament. 

Jake Lisauskas (4 goals) and Josh Gallant (3 goals) combined for seven goals and Kenny Sturgess (5 saves) and Cam Hayward (7 saves) split time in net as Pinkerton downed Nashua South 13-4.

Joshua Gallant scored four goals and assisted on two others as Pinkerton topped BC High 8-6.

Jake Lisauskaa was all over the offensive end, with a goal and six assists, but Pinkerton Academy went to overtime and fell to unbeaten Western Mass. power Longmeadow, 12-11.

Pinkerton outscored Londonderry 2-0 in the fourth to pull out an 11-8 win over Londonderry. Jake Lisauskas and Joshua Gallant had three goals for the Astros and Rob Hart had three in defeat.

Joshua Gallant scored six goals and 12 other Pinkerton players scored in a season-opening 18-3 win over Concord.
