Windham was thinking upset, down just 2-1 at halftime to top-seeded Derryfield in boys lax, but ended up falling to the unbeatens, 9-1. Anthony Gallo scored the lone Jaguar goal.

Colby Larsen netted four goals and two assists to give him 102 points (51 goals, 51 assists) on the season. He led Windham to a 9-8 win over Lebanon. Chris Ferri led with seven ground balls, giving him 142 on the season. He also was 15 of 21 on faecoffs.

Late-season bloomer

Making only his sixth start, Colin Gerstenberger in his sixth start, scored six goals while Jeff Trovato and Colby Larsen combined for five others as Windham kept their lacrosse playoff hopes alive. Chris Ferri helped the Jaguars cause by winning 14 of 22 faceoffs.

Colin comes fourth

With a home playoff game as a big goal, Colin Gerstenberger stepped up as part of a fourth-quarter explosion that earned Windham lacrosse a key 9-4 victory over Kennett. In only his fifth game at attack, the senior sparked a seven-goal Jaguar blitz with his three-goal, three-assist effort. "Colin did a great job finding open guys with passes," said head coach Joe Young.
