Katie Savard recorded eight points and nine rebounds while Elyse Law had nine points and 13 rebounds to lead Sanborn girls basketball 36-20 over Epping. 

Elyse Law took a pass headed towards the basket, hit the layup and added the free throw with just under a minute to play to lead Sanborn to a 34-28 victory over Newmarket. The Indians rallied back from a 10-point deficit in the third.

Cassie Nickerson's savvy play at end of the first half, swiping Raymond High's rolling inbounds pass and driving for a layup, highlighted Sanborn's 38-28 victory.

Trailing 15-8 after one quarter, Sanborn's girls only allowed nine points the rest of the game in a 45-24 win over Raymond. Katie Savard had 13 points for Sanborn, which outscored Raymond 31-7 in the second half.

Senior Lindsey Fontino calmly knocked down three key free throws in the closing seconds, clinching Sanborn's 45-41 victory over Newmarket.

After surging to a seven-point lead, Sanborn battled Raymond back-and-forth before suffering a cold third-period offensively, dropping a tough 37-35 decision. Although Lauren Barker had a game-high 15 points for the Indians, "everyone had a spark of brightness," said head coach Vicki Parady-Guay. "No one dominated with greatness, different players stepped up at different times. We spread the wealth."
