The North Shore Tech football team went on the road for the first time this season, but came home with nothing to show for their efforts.

Host Keefe Tech scored two touchdowns in both the first and second quarters as the Central Mass. school downed the visiting Bulldogs, 26-0.

Scott Noble scored twice and Florian Roell added a goal and an assist to lead Rockport to a 6-0 opening-day day win over North Shore. Colby Osier and Keady Segal combined for a shutout and Brenden Douglass assisted on two goals.

It all seemed to happen so fast to the North Shore Tech football program.

The Bulldogs' most productive players | quarterback Colby Boulay and linebacker Bill Buttner | transferred to Salem High prior to this fall, and the program's only coach to date, Paul Worth, stepped down from his job.
