Oscar Reynoso pitched nine innings, giving up five runs, but just two earned while striking out 12 for Greater Lawrence baseball. But both those earned runs came in a four-run bottom of the ninth as North Shore won 5-2 in walkoff fashion over the Reggies. 

Ashley Wilson ripped a three-run triple during Whittier's five-run seventh inning as the Wildcats won 6-1 over North Shore.

Jelison Gonzalez smashed a two-out, two-strike base hit in the top of the seventh to give Greater Lawrence a 2-1 lead over North Shore. Teammate Joel Baptista followed by knocking in Gonzalez.

Mitchel Rudis scored 19 points and Jake McCartney's dogged defense forced North Shore into a difficult final shot as Whittier prevailed 52-51.

Sophomore Maeve Dubiel scored her first career goal last night as Whittier girls soccer tied North Shore 1-1. The Whittier girls have already qualified for states, and they are now in a better position to get a home game.

Freshman goalkeeper Pedro Lopez made 12 saves and also recorded an assist in Greater Lawrence's 3-1 victory over North Shore in boys soccer. 

Down 3-0 at halftime, Whittier boys soccer didn't quit. Jacob Fudge scored twice and Luis Cortes and John Manning also netted goals as the Wildcats posted a 4-3 comeback victory over North Shore. 

Manny Rosario, Javie Franjul and Oscar Reynoso all homered and Reynoso pitched a complete-game five hitter with 10 Ks and no walks as Greater Lawrence beat North Shore 14-4.

Josie Sanchez hit a long two-run homer in the first to propel Whittier to a 4-2 victory over North Shore.

Dominique Ortiz had a three-run homer in the bottom of the sixth as Whittier powered past North Shore 11-7. Cassey Glode had three hits and three RBIs as the Wildcats improved to 6-1.
