Senior Captain Brooke Rogers of North Andover had three goals (2 shorthanded) and two assists as Brooks girls hocked downed Tilton, 5-1.

Taina Mair had another monster day for Brooks girls basketball, dropping 34 points in a dominant 95-42 win over Milton Academy. Kendall Eddy had 22 points, Lydia Tangney had 15 and Samantha Dewey had 10 as Brooks remained unbeaten at 10-0 on the year.

Brooks boys basketball came from behind to beat first-place St. Sebastian 63-52, who was undefeated in ISL play and whose only loss was to national powerhouse IMG Academy. Brady Cummins (26 points, 9 rebounds) and Darrel Yepdo (25 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals) led the way as Brooks improved to 7-3 on the season. 

Brooks girls basketball made history on Saturday, beating Nobles and Greenough for the first time since 2001. Taina Mair and Kendall Eddy were unstoppable in the 91-74 win, scoring 35 and 31 points respectively, and Samantha Dewey added 11 points and 10 rebounds. Brooks is now 9-0 on the season.

Brooks boys basketball beat Beaver County Day School 64-41 to win the 7th annual Patrick J. Harrington Classic. Darrel Yepdo led the way for Brooks with 23 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals, and Brady Cummins added 21 points in the victory.

Trailing by five points late in the second quarter, Brooks outscored Phillips Andover by 31 points the rest of the way on the way to a 72-46 win. Brady Cummins scored 20 of his 24 points in the first half, then Darrel Yepdo tallied 15 of his 20 points in the second half for the winners.

North Andover had several girls placed at the State Freshman-Sophomore large school meet. Ceci Ginsberg 6th long jump, 15-4.5; 4th 55 meters, 7.87; Olivia Siwicki 2nd 55 hurdles, 10.01; Megan Rozzi 7th 300, 46.14; Mile Nicole Kroon (6th, 4:39.18), Rose Gordon (7th, 4:39.69), Erika Wojcik (8th, 5:39.72) and 4x400 4th 4:28.55 (Anne Watson, Rozzi, Leigha Leavitt, Siwicki).

Haverhill's Kendall Eddy erupted for a game-high 25 points, including five 3-pointers, as undefeated Brooks topped previously-unbeaten Groton 68-37.

Andover's Lucy Adams broke the tie in overtime as Brooks defeated St. Mark's 2-1 in NEPSAC girls soccer quarterfinal action. Elena Agosti scored in regulation for Brooks (12-4).
